Whiskey Cask Investments operates as an investment service provider specialising in the sourcing, management and resale of whiskey casks. All cask sales are subject to legal ownership transfer and storage in bonded warehouses.

Ownership and Storage
All purchased casks will be legally assigned to the named investor and stored in secure government-bonded warehouses. A delivery order will be issued to confirm ownership. Casks cannot be removed from bonded storage without following all legal requirements and paying applicable duties and taxes.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in euro unless otherwise specified. Payment must be received in full before ownership can be transferred. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or withdraw offers at any time prior to confirmation.
Cooling-Off and Refund Policy
